White Sauce pasta
Ingredients:
2 cup Cooked pasta
For white sauce
1 tbsp butter/olive oil
1 tbsp maida
1 ½ cup milk
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp red chilli flaks.
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
For veggies:
2 chopped garlic clove
½ cup mix yeggies cut into
julience(carrot, capsicum,broocli, French beans)
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp oregano
Salt to taste

Method:
For white sauce:
1.Heat oil/butter in the pan and add
maida and mix well.
2.Saute till color change.
3.In this time, add ¼ cup milk and
mix continuously
4.Add remaining milk and mix well.
5.When it starts thickening ,reduce
the flam add all spices and salt.
6.Turn off the flam.
Note:
1.For mixing ,use a whisker to
prevent from lumps.
2.This sauce will thicken as it
cools. A layer will form on the top .so mix it well.
3.It it is too thick ,add water and
heat again
For veggies:
1.Heat oil in the pan .
2. Add garlic and sauté it.
3.Add all veggies and stir .
4.Add pepper, oregano and salt and
mix well.
Mixing:
1.In a heat pan mix cooked pasta,
white sauce and veggies.
2.Grate the cheese on the top./ you
can bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 mins.
3.Serve hot………
Add flour.
Add mix well.
Add some milk and mix well.
Add all milk.
Add herbs.
Chopped veggies into julienne
Add garlic.
Add garlic and herbs.
Stir fry veggie.
mix white sauce and veggies.
Add boil pasta.
Grate the cheese
