Brown Onion Paste
Many Indian recips call for onion tobe saute or browned. For that Fine chopped onion saute till golden brown. Now grind the golden onion into fine paste with add some water in your grinder.This makes for delicious, rich tasting and thick gravy.
Ingredient:
4 onion
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup water
Method:
1.peel and
roughly chopped the onion.
2. heat
the oil in the pan.
3.Add
onion and cook on low flam.
4.Cook it
until brown color.
5.Keep
aside for cook down.
6.Add
cooled onion in the grinder and some water and make a fine paste.
7.Pour the paste in the bowl and use itadd oil
add chopped onion
saute til golden brown.
