Blueberry Smoothie
Smoothie
is thick beverage that is made with fresh fruits ,curd, honey, ice cubs . It is
milk-shake like thickness. Sometimes we can add oats, soya milk, milk powder,
green tea in smoothie to make it healthy.
Ingredient:
1 kiwi
½ ripe banana
½ cup
fresh blueberry
¾ thick
yogurt/curd
3 tsp
sugar/ honey
¼ tsp vanilla
essence (optional)
Method:
1.First,peel
and chop kiwi and banana.
2.In a blender,
Add sugar, kiwi, banana and blueberry and blend well.
3.Add
yogurt and essence and blend it.
4.Add
crush ice and blend it.
5.Pour in
glass and serve chilled.
Chop kiwi,banana,blueberry
Add fruit and sugar.
Add curd and vanilla.
Add crush ice.
Blend well.
