Coconut
Burfi
Ingredient:
150gm
desiccated coconut
200 gm khoya
100ml milk
150gk
sugar
½ tsp
nutmeg
Yellow food
colour(optional)
Method:
1.Heat a
pan , add khoya and milk and cook for 1 min.
2.Add
sugar and mix it well .Sugar become desolved.
3.Add
coloue and nutmeg powder and mix well.
4.Add
desiccated coconut and mix it and cook for 1 min.
5.Now
grease the plate with ghee .
6.
transfer the mixture on the plate and flat them.
7.Keep
aside for 1-2 hour to set properly.
8.Cut into
desire shape.
mix khoya and milk
Add sugar.
Add nutmeg powder.
Add desiccated coconut.
mix well and turn off the flam.
Set on the plate.
Tempting and perfectly made coconut burfi :) love the cute heart shapes !!
