Peanut butter and chocolate crescents
Ingredient:
2 cup Maida/all-purpose flour
1 tsp yeast
¾ water
2 tbsp oil/ canola oil
3 tbsp powder sugar
2 tsp grated chocolate
¾ cup water
Method:
1. Mixed yeast, sugar and warm water and keep
it aside for 5 minutes to proof.
2. Mix maida and oil .
3. Add proofed yeast to dry ingredient and mix
well to form a soft dough.
4. Knead for 10 minutes.
5. Oil a bowl and place the dough into it.
6. Cover the bowl with wrap or cloth and set
it aside for 1 hour or until double.
7. Dough size will double after 1 hour.
8. Knead it and spread it with a roller into
circle.
9.Cut itto triangle with pizza cutter.
10.Spread the peanut butter and
sprinkle chopped chocolate.
11.Roll it as shown in the photo.
12.preheat oven at 180C.
13. Bake for 20-25 mins.
Enjoy with tea
Add proofed yeast.

Spread peanut butter and choolate chips.
