Biscuit Pudding

Pudding is a dessert But some times it can be savory dish. The original pudding was formed by mixing many ingredients such as butter ,flour, cereal and eggs as resulting in a solid mass. These pudding are baked, steamed or boiled.Today i have prepared biscuit pudding that is layered by mixed fruit and whipped cream.

Ingredient:
1 packet digestive biscuits /Marie biscuits
1 cup chopped mixed fruit (pomegranate, mango, grapes, pineapple, apple or as you desire)
1 ½  tsp coffee powder
3 tbsp powder sugar
200ml fresh cream
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Refrigerate the cream for 5 hour or until chill.
2. Pour the cream in a chill bowl and whip the cream until soft peak form.
3. Add icing sugar and essence and whipped until stiff peaks form. Do not over beat as you will end up with butter.
4.In a bowl, Add coffee powder and sugar and 1 cup water and mix it well.
5.Now take a small glass as serving , take 2 biscuit and dip in coffee syrup and place on the bottom of the glass.
6.Place 2 tbsp whipped cream on biscuit and spread some mixed fruit on it. Do same 2-3 time till the glass full.

7.Garnish with chocolate curl and pomegranate seeds
