Corn pulao / Corn rice



Corn Pulao





















Ingredient:
1 cup boiled sweet corn
2 chopped onion
1 bay leaf
2-4 clove
cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 tbsp chopped coriander
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil




Method:
1.Heat the oil in the pan.
2.Add bay leaf ,clove,cardamom and cinnamon stick and mix it.
3.Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 mins.
4.Add cumin seeds and red chilly powder and mix it well.
5.Now add boiled corn and mix it.
6.Add boiled rice and mix it well.
7.Add salt and garam masala and mix it well.
8.Add chopped coriander and mix it.
Serve hot with Butter paneer.   



Note:

you can add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.


You can use green chilly instead of red chilly powder
