Paneer-Petha Roll
Ingredient:
4 cup desiccated coconut
½ tin milkmaide /condensed milk
250gm greated petha
150gm grated paneer
½ cup almond cut into 2 piece
Pinch of yellow colour
¼ tsp pineapple essence
Method:
1.In mixing bowl,add coconut ,
milkmaide and pinch of yellow color and mix well that all think combined
together.
2.In a another bowl,Add grated
petha,grated paneer and pineapple essence and mix it well.
3.Now take lemon size portion in palm
and lightly spread the mixture .
4.Take a tsp of paneer mixture and put
on the center of your palm .
5.Now cover it and give them oval
shape. Do the same with all mixture.
6.Coat it with dessicted coconut and
place the almond slice in center of roll.

roll in coconut

place on the center of roll
