Eggless wheat and oats cookies
Ingredient;
½ cup butter at room tempreture
1 cup powder sugar
3tbsp milk
1 tsp cinnamon powder/dalchini
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup oats flour
1 cup wheat flour ( you can use 50%
maida and 50% wheat flour)
Method;
1. In a bowl, add oats,wheat
flour,cinnamon and baking powder and mix well.
2. In another bowl, add butter,sugar
and milk and beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Mix butter mixture and dry
ingredient and knead until the cookies dough comes together.
4 Preheat the oven at 180 C.
5. Divide the mixture into equal
parts to make a small balls.
6. Place on a cookie tray at a
distance from each other.
7. Bake for 25 to 3o minutes for
crispy cookies.
8 Serve with tea.
