2- mins Eggless chocolate cake recipe

 

 

Ingredient:

3 tbsp maida

3 tbsp powder sugar

1 ½ tbsp oil / butter ( I used canola oil)

1/8 tsp salt

¼ tsp baking soda

1 ½ tsp cocoa powder ( I used 1 ½ tbsp  melted dark chocolate. so use only 2 tbsp sugar)

3 tbsp milk

¼ vanilla essence

Method

1.      In microwave safe mug add maida, sugar,salt,baking soda,cocoa powder . mix well

2.      In a bowl add butter,milk and vanilla essence.mix well.

3.      Pour bowl mixer in mug and mix well . while mixing make sure there are no lumps.

4.      The Batter should be smooth.

5.      Place mug in microwave for 2 mins on high powder.

6.      Remove and allow to cool.
