Raisin / Kishmish chutney recipe
Ingredient;
2 cup raisin / kishmish
¼ cup sugar
1 inch fine chopped ginger
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp black salt
½ tsp roasted jeere
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1.
Soak
raisins in water for an hour.
2.
Grind raisin
in fine paste.
3.
Add oil
in the pan .
4.
Add
chopped ginger and sauté 1 min.
5.
Add
raisin paste and cook for 5 mins.
6.
Add
sugar,pepper,salt and jeera .mix well.and simmer uncovered, for 10-15 mins
until thickened to the desired consistency.
7.
Serve
with pakora or kachori.
