Ingredient:
250gm paneer (cut into square cubs)
2 onion (fine chopped)
1 large tomato (chopped)
¼ cup fresh mint leave paste
¼ cup fresh coriander leave paste
¾ cup boiled spinach paste/ palak ka
paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
½ cup cashew paste
½ cup fresh cream
½ tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Heat the oil in the pan.
2.Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 mins.
3.Add ginger paste and mix it well.
4.Add cumin seeds powder,red chilly
powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Add chopped tomato and stir it.
6.Add cashew paste and cook for 2 mins
.
7.Now add mint and coriander paste and
mix well.
8.Add spinach puree and mix it well and
cook for 2 mins.
9.Add lemon,salt, crushed black pepper and
garam masala and mix well.
10.Add 1 cup water and cook for 2 mins.
11.Add fresh cream and mix it well.
12.Add butter and cook for 1 mins.
13.Now add paneer and cooke for 3 mins
.
Serve hot with Butter naan or paneer
stuffed naan.
