Matar Mushroom
Ingredient:
14-16
button mushroom
1 cup
blanched peas/ matar
2 chopped
onion
1 cup
tomato paste/puree
1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste
1 ½ dry
coriander powder.
1 tsp
cumin powder/jeera powder
1 tsp red
chilli powder
¼ cup
cashew nut paste
3 tbsp
khoya / mava
1 ½ cup
water
1 tsp
garam masala powder
¼ turmeric
powder/ haldi
salt to taste
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Method:
1.In a
pan, add mushrooms,haldi ,salt and water
and boil for 1 mins.and turn off the flam.
2.In
another pan, Add oil and chopped onion and sauté for 5 mins.
3.Add
ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
4.Add
tomato puree and cook for 5-7 mins until tomato separates the oil.
5.Now add
Coriander powder,cumin powder and red chilli powder.
6.Add
cashew paste and cook for 2 mins.
7.Add
Khoya and cook for another 3 mins.
8.Add
mushroom with water and mix well.
9.Add
blanched peas,salt and garam masala and cook for 3 mins.
10.Turn
off the flam and garnish with cream.
Serve hot
with butter naan
