Noodles
Cutlet
Ingredient:
4-5 boiled
potato
2 tbsp
fine chopped carrot,
2 tbsp
fine chopped cabbage
2 tbsp
fine chopped French beans
1 chopped
onion
¼ cup
chopped spring onion
¼ chopped fresh
coriander/cilantro
2 chopped
green chilli
½ tsp red
chilli powder
¼ tsp
black pepper powder
Satl to
taste
½ cup corn
flour
1 cup bread crumbs(not grinded)
Oil for
fry
½ packet
boiled noodles
Method:
1.First
peeled and mash the potato,
2.In a
bowl, add mashed potato, carrot, cabbage, French beans, onion, ginger-garlic
paste, chopped coriander, chopped green chilli,chopped spring onion and mix
well.
3.Now heat
the oil in vessel.
4.Add
Black pepper, red chilli powder, bread crumbs and salt and mix well.
5.Now make
the normal size cutlets from the mixture.
6.Roll the
cutlets on cornflour.
7.Spread
some noodles on plate as show in the photo.
8.Place
one cutlet on starting point of noodles.
9.Roll
them properly and do same with all cutlets.
10.When
the oil became hot ,Deep fry this rolled cutlet till the golden brown .
Serve hot
with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
mix all ingredient.
Add bread crumbs.
make the cutlet shape and roll it in cirn flour.
Spread the noodles and place 1 cutlet on one side.
roll it.
deep fry .
enjoy.................. the crispy cutlet.
