Spaghetti Pepporanata pasta



Spaghetti  Pepporanata










Spaghetti is popular form of Italian pasta.this pasta is shaped into long, thin and round stands.Spaghetti is made out with many kind of flour ,but some time it is made with semolina and water ,then cooked in a pan of boiling water.
                          I have prepared pepporanata spaghetti pasta with bell pepper(capsicum) and added little sugar to give a caramelize taste.



Ingredient:
½ packet spaghetti pasta(Click here for how to cook pasta)
1 big size onion sliced
1 cup capsicum(red,yellow,green)
½ tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup water
Salt to taste
¼ cup grated cheese


Method:
1.First,Boil the pasta
2.Heat the oil in the pan and add garlic and sauté for 1 mins
3.Add sliced onion and cook for 3-4 mins.
4.Add capsicum and sauté for 3-4 mins.
5.Add sugar and water and cook for 2 mins.
6.add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
7.Add boiled pasta and toss it.
8.Add grated cheese and mix well
Serve hot…………………….
Note:
Don’t  skip the sugar it give a caramelize taste .you can increase the amount of black pepper powder in the dish.


                                                       Spaghetti pasta

                                              Add onion and garlic.

                                                            Add bell pepper.

                                                         Add water,salt and black pepper powder.

                                                    Add sugar.
       
                                                Add boiled spaghetti.

                                                              Add grated cheese.
