Bhajis is a crispy and spicy snack .There
is several variants of bhajis .It is popular street food in Maharashtra .The
basic recipe consist of sliced onion mix with gram flour and rice flour and
deep fried till crispy and golden color.
I have prepared the onion bhajis for
this week Blogging Marathon by Srivalli for the 38th edition with
the theme ‘how to cook perfect’.
Ingredient:
3 sliced onions
¾ cup gram flour/ besan
¼ cup rice flour
½ tsp grated ginger
½ red chilly powder
½ tsp dry coriander powder
2 chopped green chilly
¼ cup chopped
Water as required
salt to taste
salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
1.Peel and sliced the onions.
2.In a bowl, add sliced onion, red
chilly powder,green chilli , dry coriander ,grated ginger, gram ,rice flour.
3.Add some water and mix it well.
4.heat the oil in the vessel.
5.When oil became, wet your hand and
drop the small ball size mixture in the hot oil.
6.Deep fry the bhajis till golden
brown
7. Drain on the paper.
8.serve hot with tomato chutney or
coriander chutney.

Note:
you can add chopped garlic in bhajis .
you can adjust chilly as you desire .
