Nachos
Nachos is popular Mexican dish that
is serves as a starter or snack. Nachos are crispy corn chips which are covered
with melted cheese or cheese sauce and topped with salsa or pickle jalapeno or olives or beans or any thing you want. Nachos
are a common offering on the appetizer menu of the restaurants .
I have prepared Nachos as the 3rd recipe of this week of Blogging Marathon by Srivalli for the 38th
edition with the theme ‘how to cook perfectly’
Ingredient:
2 cup corn chips (here how to make corn chips at home)
For Cheese sauce:
1 cup white sauce (here how to make white sauce)
½ cup mozzarella cheese
For Salsa:
1 onion fine chopped
1 chopped tomato
1 tbsp chopped jalapeno
1 tbsp bell pepper (any color)
2 tbsp fine chopped coriander
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Method:
1.In a mixing bowl, add onion,
tomato,jalapeno, bell pepper.
2.Mix all veggies and add lime
juice, salt and black pepper powder.
3.Toss it and keep aside.
4.Heat a pan , add white sauce and
cheese .
5.When cheese melt properly turn off
the flam.
Plating:
1.Spread the corn chips in the plate
/bowl.
2.Pour the cheese sauce on the
chips.
3.Now topped some salsa on the
sauce.
4.Serve immediately .

ReplyDeletehere we always have nachos with cheddar or monterey jack. I have never before seed with mozzarella - this is like a mexican italian fusion but still looks delish
