White Sauce | How to make White Sauce
Ingredient:
1 tbsp butter/olive oil
1 tbsp maida
1 ½ cup milk
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp red chilli flaks.
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Heat oil/butter in the pan and add
maida and mix well.
2.Saute till color change.
3.In this time, add ¼ cup milk and
mix continuously
4.Add remaining milk and mix well.
5.When it starts thickening ,reduce
the flam add all spices and salt.
6.Turn off the flam.
Note:
1.For mixing ,use a whisker to
prevent from lumps.
2.This sauce will thicken as it
cools. A layer will form on the top .so mix it well.
3.It it is too thick ,add water and
heat again
