Eggless Coconut Cake
Ingredient:
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour/ maida
½ cup butter
¾ powder sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup curd
½ cup milk
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
Method:
1.In a bowl ,add all purpose
flour,baking soda and baking powder and mix it.
2.In a bowl,add butter and sugar and
beat them.
3.Add curd and mix it well.
4.Add flour mixture and mix well
5.Add dessicated coconut and mix it
nicely.
6.Add milk and mix it well. And make
it nice mixture.
7.Grease the baking pan with butter.
8.Preheat the oven at 180C .
9.Pour the batter in the baking pan
.
10.Bake it for 35-40 mins at 180C or
until the tooth pick comes out clean
11.Remove and cool down on wire
rack.
12.Sprinkle some powder sugar and
enjoy…………..
Make on gas:
1.Heat the deep bottom pan /
pressure cooker on medium heat.
2.Do not fill water in pan/ cooker.
3.Place a lid/ separater( that comes
with the cooker) in the pan.
4.Cover the pan with a plate (this
process called preheating).and heat for 5 mins.
5.Place the baking box
in the pan and cover the pan /cooker with plate /
cooker’s lid(Remove the whistle.
6.Bake the cake for 40 -50 mins until
the tooth pick comes out clean.
add maida,baking soda and bakind powder.
add butter and powder suagr.
add curd.
add flour mixture.
add coconut.
add milk .
make nice batter.
pour batter in the baking pan.
place on preheated pan .
baked cake.
