Croquettes

 

Croquettes is fried roll with main ingredient of mashed potato that is coated with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden color. This recipe is given by Ramya who is my partner in the potluck party which is the brainchild of +JagrutiDhanecha who successfully running this party with 30 + members. 

Ingredient:

4-5 boiled potato

½ tsp red chilli powder

¼ tsp black pepper

2 green chilli

2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

2 tsp all purpose flour

½ cup bread crumbs

½ tsp milk

Salt to taste

Oil for fry

Method:

1.Peel and mashed the boiled potato

2.In a mixing bowl , add mashed potato, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, green chilli, fresh coriander, all purpose flour and milk.

3. Mix all the ingredient and make a dough and give the sausage shape to cutlet

4.Heat oil in the pan.

5. Roll it in the bread crumbs.

6.When the oil become hot, deep fry till golden brown color .

7.Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Note:

You adjust chilly according to your taste .

you can add chopped onion in croquettes mixture

                                                         add all ingredient in the bowl

                                                         mashed it .

                                                           make sausage shape cutlet.

                                                          heat oil.

                                                      roll it in bread crumbs.

                                                             deep fry it.
