Potato Stuffed Naan
I have selected this Aloo
naan as the last recipe of 3rd week of Blogging Marathon by Srivalli for the 38th
edition under the theme of ‘Different
types of Naans’.

Ingredient:
For stuffing:
3-4 boiled potato
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
2 chopped green chilly
½ tsp chopped ginger
5-6 crush mint leaves
¼ tsp red chilly powder
½ chaat masala
¼ tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp kalonji
1 tsp salt
Butter for spread
Method:
1.Firstly peel and mashed the potato.
2. In a bowl, add mashed
potato,chopped coriander, chopped green chilli,crush mint leaves, chopped
ginger and mix well.
3.Now add red chilly powder, chaat
masala, dry mango powder and salt and mix well.
4.Take the naan dough.
5.
Divide the dough into small portion
about a size of large lemon
6.Roll each portion in a small
circle.
7.Put 1 tbsp Aloo stuffing in the center of the rolled dough.
8.Take it in your palm and bring all
the edges together as shown in pic.
9.Apply some flour on this stuffed
dough.
10.Gently roll the stuffed dough
with rolling pin in oval shape and sprinkle some onion seeds.
11.heat the flat pan or tava.
12.Put the rolled naan on hot pan.
13.Cook naan on both side for 30
sec.each side.
14.light another gas burner and
transfer the half cooked naan to direct gas flame and cook naan until brown
spots appear on both side of naan.
15.Transfer the cooked naan on the
plate and spread the butter over hot naan.
Serve this Aloo naan/ butter paneer/
shahi paneer.
Note :
You can increase red chilly powder and
dry mango powder according to your taste
take a portion of dough.
roll into small circle.
place some stuffing.
bring edges together.
roll them.
turn the naan.
cook on direct flame
enjoy.........................
