Sev ki Burfi




Sev ki Burfi



































Ingredient:
250gm unsalted sev/besan ke sev
250 gm mava/khoya
250 gm sugar
½ cup water
½ cup milk
1 cup sliced  and roasted nuts (cashew , almond and pista)
Pinch of yellow food color


Method:
1.Heat the water in the pan.
2.Add sugar and color and dissolved it.
3.When sugar dissolved completely ,cook them till two string consistency.
4.Now add sev and mix it and stir for 2 mins.
5.Add mava and stir of another 5 mins.
6.Now add milk and stir and cook till they leave the bottom.
7.Transfer the mixture in a greased tray .
8.Press them for  even surface with help of spatula .
9.Now spread the sliced  nuts and keep aside for 2 two
10.Cut  into square shape.
Serve……………
