Chilly Soya Chunks/Chilly
Soya Nuggets
Ingredient:
1 cup soya chunks/nuggets
1 onion cut into cubes
1 cup capsicum cut into cubes
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp red chilly sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
¼ tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp chopped spring onion for garnish
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Heat the oil in the pan.
2.Add onion and sauté for 2-3 mins.
3.Add capsicum and sauté for 2-3 mins.
4.Meanwhile ,boil 1 glass water in the
pan.
5.In a bowl ,add bowl water and soya
chunks and soak for 10 mins.
6.After 10 mins, squeeze the soya chunks
and keep it aside
7.Add red chilly sauce and tomato sauce
in the pan and stir .
8.Now add salt, black pepper and salt
and mix it well.
9.Add soya chunks and mix well.
10.Add chopped spring onion and serve
hot……….
