Paan-Petha ladoo
Ingredient:
1 cup grated fresh coconut
½ cup grated petha
5 chopped paan leaf/betel leaf
½ cup chopped nuts (cashew- almond)
3 tbsp milk powder
½ cup grated paneer
Method:
1.In a mixing bowl, add fresh
coconut, petha, chopped pan leaves, grated paneer, chopped nuts and milk powder.
And mix it well.
2 Take a small portion of mixture
and make a lemon size balls.
3. Arrange them on a plate and place
the plate in fridge for 30 mins.
Enjoy this yummy pan ladoo……………….
