Sweet Corn Burfi
Today is the first day of Blogging Marathon 41 .There are many themes suggested by Srivalli . I have select "pick one ingredient" theme for the first week of marathon. In this theme ,i have picked sweet corn/corn as the core ingredient of the recipes .So today i have prepared sweet Corn Burfi for 1st day .

Theme-Pick One Ingredient
Ingredient:
2 ½ cup sweet corn
¾ cup mava
½ cup ghee
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
½ cup chopped nuts roasted (almond and cashew)
½ cup water
Method:
1.Clean and wash the sweet corn .
2.Add sweet corn in a grinder and make
a fine paste.
3.Heat the ghee in the pan.
4.Add corn paste and cook on medium
flame for 10-15 till it separate from the base .
5.Now add mava and stir again for 6-7
mins.
6.Meanwhile ,Heat the water in the pan.
7.Add sugar and boil it till 2 string in
sugar syrup. (2 taar ki chashni)
8.Add the sugar syrup in the corn
mixture and stir till separates from the base.
9.Add roasted nuts and cardamom powder
and mix it.
10.Transfer it into a greased tray and press lightly them to make flat/even surface .
11.Rest it for 1-2 hour than cut it
into square shape.12 Garnish with roasted cashew.
