Tri-Color Mini Uttappam | Independence Day Special Recipe




Tri-Color Mini Uthappam  | Independence Day Special Recipe 













Ingredient:

2 cup bowl dosa batter
½ carrot puree (boil the carrot and boil them.
½ tsp Spinach puree
Oil 



Method:
1.Firstly heat the non-stick pan .
2.Now,divide the mixture in 3 parts.
3.Add carrot puree in one bowl and spinach puree in another bowl and mix it well.
4.Pure 2 tbsp of one batter and spread it in circle to make a mini  uthappam .like a pan cake.
5.Once the base of uttappam is cooked well, apply some oil and cook .
6.Flip it and cook the another side .
7.Do same with all batter .
Serve with coconut chutney
