Tri-Color Dhokla Sandwich | Independence Day Special
Ingredient:
2 cup semolina
1 cup curd
1 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp
eno ,fruit salt
Mint chutney
Onion Tomato chutney
For temper
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp green chilly
2 tbsp curry leaves
2 tsp grated coconut
1.In a bowl, Add curd ,semolina and sugar .
2.Add some water and mix it and make a nice
batter. Keep aside for 14 mins.
3.Heat the water in dhokla cooker for steam.
4.Grease the dhokla stand with oil.
5.Now, add eno salt in all bowl and mix it
well.
6.Now pour the batter in the dhokla plate.
7.Place the stand cooker and stream for 15
mins .
8.Turn off the flame and cool down the stand .
9.Now ,Remove the dhokla from stand.
10.Cut te dhokla in 3 layers.
11.Spread mint chutney one layer and
tomato-onion chutney in second layer.
12.Now Place second layer over the first layer
and over with last layer as shown in photo.
13.Heat the oil in small pan .
14.When oil became hot,Add green chilly ,curry
leave and mustard seeds . and cook for 1 min.
15.Turn off the flame and add coconut and mix
it well.
16.Now Spread the temper over all the dhokla.
Cut into small piece and serve………….
