Tri-Color Coconut Burfi | Independence Day Special
Ingredient:
140 gm sugar
100 gm
250 gm desiccated
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
¼ tsp saffron
1 tsp chopped betel
leave
Pinch of food color
green and orange
Method:
1.Heat the pan, add ½
cup water and sugar and boil them.
2.When its
consistency become on one string.
3.Now add mave and
mix it will .
4.Add coconut and mix
it and stir till it leaves the bottom of pan.
5.Divide the mixture
in 3 parts.
6.Add betel leaves
and green color in one mixture and mix it well.
7.Add saffron and
orange color and mix it.
8.Grease the tray
with ghee.
9.Spread the mixture
in separate tray.
10.Cut into square
shape or arrange them as you desire .
