Pav bhaji recipe
Pav bhaji is a street food that
originated in Mumbai cuisine. The pav bhaji is a mixture of mashed veggies
,generous dose of tomato and butter and consumed with toasted bread.
The origin of this dishis traced to textile mill worker in Mumbai in 1850. Pav bhaji consists thick potato based curry,garnished with coriander,chopped onions, a dash of lemon and lightly toasted pav. Pav is usually buttered on all sides

Serve; 8 person
Ingredient:
1 cup carrots , cubed
1 cup capsicum,cubed
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup brinjal,cubed
2 boiled potato
1 cup pumkin,cubed
4 onions, fine chopped
5 tomato, fine chopped
3 green chilly,chopped
2 ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp Kashmiri red mirch powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
½ tsp garam masala
Fresh chopped coriander
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Pressure cook
carrot,capsicum,cauliflower,bringal with ½ cup of water till soft.
2.Drain any left over water and mash
all cooked veggie with masher.
3.Heat the oil in the pan and add
onion and sauté for 2 mins.
4.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté
for 6 mins.
5.Add red chilly powder and haldi
and mix well.
6.Add tomato and green chilly and
sauté till separate the oil.
7.Add mashed veggies and patato and
mix for 3 mins.
8.Add garam masala ,salt sand dry
mango powder.
9.turn off heat and add fresh coriander.
10.Serve hot with butter and toasted
pav.
Note ;
There is no need of pav bhaji masala
in it.

cut the pav
toast the pav with butter
serve hottttttt.......
