Aloo ka paratha


Aloo ka paratha







Ingredient:

6-7 boil potato(medium size)
1tbsp ginger paste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp gasala masala
2 green chopped chilli
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
½ tsp dry coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil

Method:

1.Firstly, peel the boil potatoes
2.Chop the potatoes and add ginger, red chilly, green chillies, chopped coriander and dry coriander powder.
3.Mash aalu with  the spice mixture .
4.Take well knead dough made from wheat flour.
5.Take a piece of dough.
6.Roll it in a small circle.
7.Put 2tbsp filling in the center of the rolled dough.
8.Take it in your palm and bring all the edges together as shown in pic.
9.Apply some wheat flour on this stuffed dough.
10.Gently roll the stuffed dough with rolling pin.
11.Dust with more flour if required. Make sure that paratha do not break.
12.Roll it into a size of a normal roti/chapatti.
13.heat the flat pan or tava.
14 Put the rolled paratha on hot pan
15.fry the parath with ghee/butter/oil
16.Serve aloo paratha…hot with white butter oe curd or mango pickle.

                                      take a small ball of wheat dough

                                       roll it and make small circle

                                           add filling in the center of circle

                        bring all edges close

                                   dust flour and turn


                                      roll it


                                    place on heated tave


                                  turn it


                                  apply oil / ghee and fry it
                                   fry till golden brown


 
serve hot with white butter/ curd/ mango pickle
