Gajar ka halwa / Carrot halwa recipe
Ingredient;
1kg grated gajar
300gm sugar
250gm khoya
1 ½ cup milk
50gm ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped and roasted nuts(Almond and
cashew)
Method:
1.Put the grated carrot in the
kadhai and add milk in it.
2.When the milk is almost evaporated
,add sugar and mix well.
3.Now sugar is dissolve and the mixture is liquely.
4.Let sugar dry up about 7-12 mins.
5.Add khoya and mix for 10 mins when
the mixture leaves kadhai.
6.Now add ghee and mix for 3 mins.
7.In another pan add 1 tbsp ghee and
roast cashews and almonds.
8.Add cardamom powder and nuts in
halwa.
Note:
Milkmaid/condense milk also be used
to enhance the taste.if you do ,adjust the sugar.

sugar is dry
Add khoya
mix well for 10 mins
Add cardamom powder
serve..............
