Cabbage Kofta Curry
Ingredient :
For Kofta
3 cup grated cabbage
2 tsp graed ginger
1 cup besan
2 chopped green chilli
salt
For gravy:
2 cup tomato puree
½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
½ tsp turmeric (haldi)
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dry kasuri methi
1 tsp dry coriander powder
½ spcial garam masala
2 cup water
2 cup water
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
1.Heat a vessel and add oil for fry.
2.In a bowl, mix grated cabbage,
ginger, green chilli and besam .
3.Divide the mixture in two parts.
4 When oil becomes hot , add ½ tsp salt in mixture and make lemon size
balls.
5.Fry the balls til golden brown.
6.Place the fry balls on the plate.
7.Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil .
8.Add cumin seeds, haldi, red chilli
powder and coriander powder.
9.Add tomato paste and cook for 10
mins.
10.When tomato cook , add kasuri
methi and garam masala and mix well.
11.Add 2 cup water and cook for 3
mins.
12.Add water and fry kofte in pan and cook for
15 mins.
13.Topping with 1 tsp cream.
14.Serve hot with paratha /chapatti
/ naan.

heat another vessle and add oil
add cumin,haldi and coriander powder
add tomato paste
add water and boil for 2 mins
Add kofte and cook
serve hot..............................
