Grapes-Cucumber Raita
Ingredient:
2 cup curd/yogurt/dahi
1 small size cucumber
100 gm grapes
¼ tsp red chilly powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp powder sugar
¼ tsp dry mint powder
½ tsp black salt
2 tsp Chopped fresh coriander
Method:
1.Firstly, peel and chopped the
cucumber .
2.Wash and cut the grapes into 4
piece .
3.Add curd in the bowl and beat it
2-3 mins for smooth texture.
4.Add chopped cucumber and grapes in
beaten curd and mix it.
5.Add chilly powder, black pepper
powder,Dry mint powder, Roasted cumin powder, Black salt and powder sugar and
all spices well.
6.Add chopped fresh coriander in curd
and mix it well.
Note :
You can add grated cucumber instead
of chopped cucumber in the curd.
You can add chaat masala .
Adjust chilly and salt according to
your taste.
You Can refrigerate curd for ½ hour
.
You can skip dry mint powder.

Add all spices and sugar
