Tri-Color Instant Rice Pudding | Independence Day Special



Tri-Color Instant Rice Pudding  | Independence Day Special 























Ingredient:
1 ¾ cup milk
1 cup cooked rice
4 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp saffron
2 tsp betal leave paste
Some chopped nuts




Method:
1.Firstly , add rice and ½ cup milk in grinder and grind for 2 mins.
2.heat a pan . In a bowl add 2 tbsp milk and saffron .
3.Add milk and rice mixture and boil them.
4.when it become thick ,add sugar and mix it  and cook for 2 mins and turn off the flame.
5.Now divide the mixture in three parts.
6.Add one part in the pan and add paan paste and cook for 1 mins.
7.Now add second part in the pan and add saffron mixture and mix it will.
8.Now pour them in small 3 glasses or you can layer them .
 serve....................




                                                             add milk and rice

                                                           boil rice mixture and milk




                                                                saffron with  milk



                                                                  thicken



                                                             add paan paste



                                                                          add saffron milk



                                                                         3 pudding
