Cheese Corn Toast

Ingredient:

4 bread slice

1 chopped onion

½ tsp chopped garlic

1 cup boiled corn

¼ tsp oregona

¼ tsp chilli flaks

2 tbsp chesse

3 tbsp butter

1 cup milk

1 tsp all purpose flour/maida

 Salt to taste

Method:

1.Heat the 1 tbsp butter in the pan.

2.Add onion and garlic and sauté it.

3.Make some place on the center of the pan.

4.Place butter center of the pan.

5.Add ,all purpose flour and sauté for 20-30 second.

6.Now,add some milk and mix it well, add all milk and milk cream like consistency.

7.Add salt and all herbs and mix it.

8.Add boiled corn and mix it well.

9.Add grated cheese and mix it well.

10.Toast the bread slices

11.Spread the butter on toast.

12.Place the corn mixture over the toast..

13.Cut into 2 piece .

Serve hot with tomato sauce
